The Chaldean Catholic Patriarchate of Baghdad is the supreme authority of the Chaldean Catholic Church. On 12 April 2026, Paulos III Nona was elected as the Church's patriarch.

Daughters of Mary Immaculate
Daughters of Mary Immaculate is a Chaldean Catholic apostolic order with patriarchal rights, established in Baghdad on 7 August 1922 during the reign of Patriarch Mar Youssef Emmanuel II Thomas.
The Chaldean Sisters were founded by Father Anton Zebouni of Mosul after World War I to support the Chaldean community through apostolic service and prayer, with the congregation dedicated to Mary Immaculate.
