Intro
The Coptic Catholic Church is an Eastern Catholic church in communion with Rome that belongs to the Alexandrian tradition and celebrates its liturgy in the Coptic rite and language.
Structure
The Coptic Catholic Church sui juris comprises a single ecclesiastical province covering Egypt alone. The patriarch is the sole metropolitan archbishop, retaining the ancient title Alexandria while his actual seat is in Cairo.
