The denomination listed here corresponds to the Greek Catholic Church of Croatia and Serbia, an Eastern Catholic church made up of eparchies in Croatia and Serbia that remain in full communion with the Catholic Church.
The Croatian and Serbian Byzantine Catholic Church is organized through just two eparchies: the Greek Catholic Eparchy of Križevci and the Greek Catholic Eparchy of Ruski Krstur. Although they are canonically linked, the church does not have its own ecclesiastical province. The Eparchy of Križevci, which covers Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, is a suffragan of the Latin Church Archdiocese of Zagreb, while the Eparchy of Ruski Krstur, which covers Serbia, is directly subject to the Holy See.
