Province of the Anglican Church of Burundi
Intro
The Province of the Anglican Church of Burundi is the Anglican Communion province in Burundi. It became a distinct province in 1992 after earlier regional links with neighboring Anglican churches, and today it is led by the Archbishop and Primate of Burundi.
Structure
The province follows a standard Anglican episcopal structure of parishes gathered into dioceses. The archbishop remains diocesan bishop of one see while also serving as metropolitan and primate for the whole province.
