The Uniting Church in Australia (UCA), founded on 22 June 1977, is most prominently a union of the Congregational Union of Australia, the Methodist Church of Australasia and the Presbyterian Church of Australia, becoming Australia's third-largest Christian denomination after the Catholic Church and the Anglican Church.
